2.      Light Exercise in Bed

While waking up in the morning, don’t get out of bed so quickly. Do some stretch exercises in the bed itself.
By lying on your back, move the upper body first and then lower body.

You should do the exercise, gently and slowly.

3.      Bath with warm water
Taking bath or shower with the warm water will helps you in getting relief from morning stiffness.
Heat causes the blood to circulate throughout the body very efficiently, which in turn warms your joints.

4.      Eat healthy breakfast like a King
Morning breakfast recharges your body, so eating a light but nutritious breakfast will help to ease morning stiffness.
Eggs, yogurt with milk or soya milk, will gives energy to start your body.

5.      Everyday body exercise

Walking for 15-20 mins a day in the morning strengthens the joint muscles.
Simple and regular exercise of joints movement will help you in getting rid of stiffness.
Even you can try different yoga positions to get the relief from morning stiffness.

6.      Always Sleep well

Always try to get the good sleep as it is just important as regular exercise and healthy diet.
Keep you fix bed time, try to sleep and wake up in the morning at same time. Good sleep will help in reduce you morning stiffness.

7.      Be Calm & Mindful

Being in always under stress is one of the cause for morning stiffness. So try to remain calm always, don’t be so stressed in morning, which hampers your mind in turns it allows muscle to be harder.
And finally, Be mindful. Make time for yourself in the morning, every day. Learn the technique of meditation as it is a very simple and powerful way to reduce the stress. Also learn to observe your breathing to lessen the level of stress.
