Sleep disorder is a medicinal disorder of the sleep prototypes of a person. Many of us have experience difficulty in sleeping occasionally in routine life. However, if these kinds of incidents are happening regularly then it might be a sleep disorder. Aging :- most of senior citizens having age of above 60-65
Medication :- various medicines of blood pressure anti-depressant impede with sleep

Treatment for Sleep disorder

Immediate consultation with family doctor of physician
Consumption of Modafinil with the advice of expert or doctor
Keeping apart good amount of time for sleep
A regular sleeping time table with keeping bedroom quite, cool and dark by switching of TV & phone some time before sleep


Please note that, sleep in not a luxury but a necessity of human being.  Hence have a good amount of sleep and stay healthy.
