Sleep disorder is a medicinal disorder of the sleep prototypes of a person. Many of us have experience difficulty in sleeping occasionally in routine life. However, if these kinds of incidents are happening regularly then it might be a sleep disorder. Overlooking of this issue can cost you in terms of impaired job recital, relationship stress, poor health etc.

Restless legs syndrome or RLS - is a sleep disorder which causes an almost enticing urge to be in motion of legs
Narcolepsy is an excessive and unmanageable day-time drowsiness

Shift working :- night shift working normally takes toll in forms of sleep disorder
Aging :- most of senior citizens having age of above 60-65
Medication :- various medicines of blood pressure anti-depressant impede with sleep

Immediate consultation with family doctor of physician
Consumption of Modafinil with the advice of expert or doctor
Keeping apart good amount of time for sleep
A regular sleeping time table with keeping bedroom quite, cool and dark by switching of TV & phone some time before sleep


Please note that, sleep in not a luxury but a necessity of human being.  Hence have a good amount of sleep and stay healthy.
